BASE KIT INCREASES YOUR POWER & TORQUE BY MORE THAN 50%

This MWS Eaton Supercharger Kit as shown, creates an excellent driving package by producing massively improved top end power and more importantly enormous increases in bottom end torque. This system also gives you perfect throttle control that lets you drive the car as if it was standard and with a squeeze on the throttle you have the torque of a big block under the bonnet that will pull hard right up through the rev range.

The MWS Eaton Supercharger Kit was designed to give a real, affordable, power lift to the driver's car. Whereas previously there has been a choice of various supercharger kits for the 5.0 litre, they are largely centrifugal compressor kits.  These leave the driver with a vehicle making good horsepower, but not where you normally use the car, at low to mid range RPM. In this RPM range where you use the car 95% of the time the centrifugal supercharger have only slight horsepower increases and leave the driving package to be less than desired.

So MWS set out to create a supercharger kit for the drivers car with power and torque increases everywhere. After thorough research MWS chose the M112 Eaton (positive displacement) compressor.  This compressor was originally designed to run on a 5.4 litre V8, this makes for the perfect choice for our Holden 5.0 litre V8 and would even leave room for the stroked versions and higher horse power options. So to manufacture the correct manifold and then with the necessary components, bolt down to our 5.0 litre Holden V8 proved to be the perfect solution.

The base kit that Mark's Workshop produces, uses the M112 Eaton compressor at approximately 60% of it's potential to produce at least 9 psi on a standard 5 litre V8 Holden. ( It does it easily ) This also gives the system the advantage of being upgradeable and MWS have also seen boost levels as high as 14 psi with higher horse power kit development.                                                                                                                        

One of the attractive features of the MWS Eaton Kit is the Eaton compressor, being that the Eaton compressor is also chosen by manufacturers for factory supercharging because of it's reliability and design qualities.

Some of the factory cars that use the Eaton are the : Holden Commodore V6, Jaguar V8, Ford Lightning etc.                   

MWS EATON KIT PARTS

The MWS Eaton Kit comes with a Memcal (computer chip). This Memcal has been developed after many hours of dyno testing on these kits, to get a driving package that is ADR compliant, smooth, reliable and very powerful.

PRODUCT APPLICATIONS

This VR has a full standard bottom end with an engine that has done 180000km's a blower kit that has done over 60000km's and a lot of them on dyno ( it is our development mule) has run, bullbar and all , a 12.7sec quarter mile, traction being a bit of an issue.
